Deepika Calls Up Kangana To Clear The Air
Says she hadnt called her earlier to praise her performance because of their lack of equation
Kangana Ranaut made headlines over the weekend when she stated that while Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra had called her up to appreciate her performance in Queen, Deepika Padukone hadn’t done so. She thought this was odd especially since the Happy New Year actress, upon winning an award this year, had dedicated it to Kangana.
The latest on the story is that Deepika finally called her yesterday to clear the air. Turns out the actress told Kangana that she did not have a personal equation with her and hence, had refrained from calling her to appreciate her Queen act.
Naturally, Kangana is happy with Deepikas courteous gesture and more importantly, she is glad that they have resolved the misunderstanding.
